Visualize your data with ggplot

After you have finished your downstream analyses (which we will not get into in this course), you will want to visualize your results.

R has a powefull package, called ggplot that is very versatile. We work with it a lot, so we will present it to you today.

Tip

Click the three horizontal bars in the lower left corner of the presentation, then Tools, then Fullscreen to see the presentation in full screen mode. Press escape to leave the full screen mode.
